Health Services
Medical services on campus are provided by a licensed nurse practitioner affiliated with Carolinas HealthCare. The Health Services office is located in Stokes Student Center and is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m. Call for an appointment; walk-ins will be seen as available. Proof of insurance is required.

Note: Residential students are encouraged to notify their resident assistant or resident director and the Misenheimer Police Department in the event of an illness or injury requiring emergency treatment.
Counseling and Wellness Center
The Counseling and Wellness Center on the Misenheimer campus welcomes students into a thoughtful, compassionate environment. The Center’s clinical staff is associated with Pfeiffer’s Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy educational program and provides professional services that support student’s personal professional development. All clinical staff are licensed professionals or preprofessional students who work under the supervision of licensed, clinical professionals.
The Counseling and Wellness Center staff often help students address topics like:
