Curriculum Overview

The Pfeiffer English program builds upon core liberal arts education courses with core, survey, and elective English courses. From curriculum covering English Colloquialisms to World Literature in Translation, English students develop reading, writing and critical thinking skills through the lens of canonical and non-canonical literature.

My time as a student of the English program at Pfeiffer University brought opportunities for professionalization, real world experience, and community enrichment that has allowed me to serve my community as a marketing director. The courses were engaging and focused on student success and the development of critical thinking, an essential skill that pioneers innovation and creativity in our workforce.
