The Office of University Marketing and Communication provides the marketing tools and expertise that push the Pfeiffer story forward in external markets. We prioritize projects associated with student recruitment and advancement in alignment with the strategic needs of the university. If your project is directly related to the strategic plan of Pfeiffer, you will be considered Tier 1 (urgent). If it’s somewhat indirectly related, Tier 2 (not as urgent). If it’s not related to the strategic plan, then it is Tier 3, we will assist you in completing your project as time allows.

Your responses help us understand your goals, audience, deliverables, and timeline so we can coordinate resources, prioritize work, and ensure messaging is clear and consistent with Pfeiffer’s brand.
PLEASE PLAN AHEAD. Depending on the scope of your request, design projects can take more than a week to complete. We will discuss timelines in-person. Larger projects, campaigns, and requests requiring design or multiple approvals may need additional time. Please provide complete details and supporting materials.
Attach any Word documents, PDFs, or image files to this request form.Project requests begin once the FINAL content is received unless otherwise noted. Please proofread, edit, and spell-check before submitting your copy. All proof reading and approval responsibility falls on the client. Copy should be submitted in digital form via Word or PDF comments. If another team member requires content approval, please ensure they have approved the content before submitting it.
KEEP IN MIND: Submitting a project request form does NOT guarantee project timeline. Due to the volume of requests, ALL projects must be intended for an external audience. The requestor will be notified of their project submission and approximate schedule.
We will send proofs for review and approval before project is completed.
