The Graduate School at Pfeiffer University, comprised of programs preparing professional educators, business and healthcare leaders, mental health counselors, physician assistants, and occupational therapists, endeavors to deliver high-quality programming in a welcoming and inclusive learning environment where faculty, staff, students, and other stakeholders feel that they belong to the Pfeiffer family. To assist in maintaining and strengthening our efforts in this area, the Graduate School has adopted five diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) goals. These goals will set the foundation for a comprehensive DEIB plan for the Graduate School.
