Our goal is not only to help students be successful in their future careers, but also help them discover a purpose in life and a path they can be passionate about.
Through mentoring and intentional career preparation, Pfeiffer positions each student on their own path to well-suited, rewarding careers.
After exploring interests, skills and career options, we help students choose their academic programs, followed with help securing real-world experiences like internships, externships and summer jobs within their chosen field. Pfeiffer also mentors students through the processes of:
- Building a professional network
- Preparing an effective resume
- Practicing for interviews
I cannot imagine my life without the experiences, friends and role models from my time at Pfeiffer University. My advisor helped me chart my career path in news and a Pfeiffer alum hired me for my first job. As I meet other alums, the Pfeiffer bond we share increases my sense of pride.
