Dr. Terry V. Swicegood ’66 – Davidson, NC

Terry Swicegood, a native of Winston-Salem, graduated from Pfeiffer in 1966, and was president of the Senior Class. He went on from Pfeiffer to receive degrees from Drew Theological School (BD) and Princeton Seminary (DMin).

Swicegood has spent his professional career as a pastor in the PCUSA, serving congregations across the nation. He currently is pastor of the Cornelius Presbyterian Church in Cornelius, NC.

Married to the former Barbara Hopson, Terry and Barbara have two children and four grandchildren. They live at the Pines in Davidson where they enjoy concerts, plays and lectures.
