Pfeiffer University announces that Novant Health has joined its Partnership Program, providing an education option for Novant Health employees throughout North Carolina. Among the choices for those interested in completing an undergraduate degree is Pfeiffer’s popular online RN-to-BSN program, and its well-known Master of Science in Health Administration program for those seeking to earn graduate degrees.
Effective for classes beginning in fall 2017, the agreement allows Novant Health employees (who do not participate in an active Pfeiffer program cohort at a Novant Health site) to enroll in Pfeiffer’s undergraduate degree completion programs, offered primarily online, and graduate programs with a 20 percent discount on tuition.
“As a leader in providing high-quality healthcare in North Carolina, Novant Health is committed to building and sustaining a qualified employee base; Pfeiffer is proud to be a partner in its success,” said Dr. Colleen Perry Keith, president. “Pfeiffer’s seated and online programs are now accessible and affordable for Novant Health employees in its pursuit to remain competitive in today’s workforce.”
The Pfeiffer University Partnership Program offers specialized programs and financial incentives to businesses and organizations with the shared understanding of furthering the educational attainment of current employees. Its goal is to develop a common interest in the educational development of workforces necessary to stay competitive within a global environment.
