Join our anxiety management support group! Learn practical and effective techniques to reduce anxiety by increasing your understanding of anxiety, learning relaxation skills to assist in managing anxiety, and building your safety plan to help cope with anxiety.

Our first session will be Monday, February 15 and continue weekly until March 15.

Sessions are limited to 10 participants. Register by emailing Stephanie Acosta at by 10 am the morning of the session you wish to attend. The Zoom link for the group meeting will be emailed to registered participants.

Each session is eligible for one Pfeiffer Life credit in Mental/Physical/Spiritual Wellness.
