Director of Enrollment and Campus Operations
Pfeiffer University is seeking a Director of Enrollment and Campus Operations. This position will report to the Vice President for Enrollment Management, and will be responsible for the operation of the Charlotte and Raleigh campus as it relates to enrollment. Responsibilities will include developing a business plan, in collaboration with other campus constituencies, to drive and monitor enrollment initiatives for Charlotte and Raleigh campus locations.
Other duties will include the monitoring of billing and student financial aid packaging, compliance with applicable federal and state laws related to the execution of Title IV funding, and review of facility utilization and marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will also exhibit an ability to utilize data in making decisions objectively in monitoring and meeting the goals of the institutuion.
Graduate Assistant: Sports Information
Pfeiffer University, is now accepting applications for one (1) Graduate Assistant position for the Sports Information Department. The position is a 2 year commitment with annual review. Benefits include full tuition during fall and spring semesters for Pfeiffer’s Masters Programs.
The graduate assistant will serve as the primary media contact for several teams with duties to include writing press releases and feature stories, assisting with the production of media guides and game programs, in-game statistics and game-day management, maintaining the Pfeiffer athletics website (www.gofalconsports.com) and assisting with live streaming at Pfeiffer home events.
Director of Undergraduate Admissions
Pfeiffer University is seeking a Director of Undergraduate Admissions. This position will report to the Vice President for Enrollment Management . Responsibilities will include oversight of the undergraduate admissions process, supervising a team of admissions staff and working closely with the Vice President for Enrollment Management in the development and execution of admissions policies and strategies.
The Grant Writer, a member of the Advancement team at Pfeiffer University, will be charged with increasing the support for Pfeiffer University’s mission and programs from foundations and corporate support. This position will work with faculty and program directors to become more engaged in supporting the efforts to build corporate partnerships, and developing and maintaining a growing list of foundations and corporations that will be approached for financial support.
Assistant Softball Coach
Pfeiffer University, a Division II member of the Conference Carolinas, is seeking qualified applicants for the part-time position of assistant softball coach. Responsibilities include assisting the head coach in all aspects of daily operations of the softball program, including but not limited to recruiting, training, and skill development of student-athletes. Required qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, previous coaching and/or competitive experience at the collegiate level, a valid driver’s license, and knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations. Candidates should possess the ability to motivate recruits and student-athletes, and have excellent organizational, computer, and communication skills. This position reports directly to the head softball coach.
