The Grant Writer, a member of the Advancement team at Pfeiffer University, will be charged with increasing the support for Pfeiffer University’s mission and programs from foundations and corporate support. Head Men's Lacrosse Coach
Pfeiffer University, a Division II member of the Conference Carolinas, is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Head Men’s Lacrosse Coach.
The Head Coach is responsible for administering all aspects of the lacrosse program under his charge, including, but not limited to: planning; personnel training and supervision; fiscal management; practice and game supervision including scheduling and preparation; summer camps; fund-raising; recruiting; monitoring academic and disciplinary standing of student-athletes; establishing public relations with support staff, community, media and alumni; and fulfilling other duties as they arise or as assigned by the Athletic Director.

Women's Basketball Coach
Pfeiffer University has an immediate opening for the Head Women’s Basketball Coach. This position is responsible for all aspects of planning, developing, and coaching women’s basketball within the guidelines of the Conference Carolinas and NCAA Division II rules and regulations. The selected individual will provide leadership and instruction in the personal, academic and athletic development of student athletes.
Additional responsibilities will include implementation of a recruiting program that is consistent with institutional, conference and NCAA rules; determine fiscal requirements and prepare budgetary recommendations, monitor and reconcile expenditures within budgeted funds; promote the philosophy and objectives of the intercollegiate athletics program at Pfeiffer University, to include adhering to all departmental policies and procedures, as well as the rules and regulations of the University, the Conference and the NCAA; in conjunction with the Director of Athletics, determine the awarding of athletic grant-in-aid according to institutional, conference and NCAA rules; monitor scholastic performance of student athletes; and, oversee daily practices, planning and organizing season schedules that meet the institutional philosophy.
Director of Internships and Career Development
Pfeiffer University seeks to fill the position of Director of Internships and Career Development, to prepare students for future career success through training in resume preparation, interviewing skills, mentoring and internship opportunities.
Career development responsibilities will include providing career advising, assessments, resume/cover letter assistance, graduate school preparation, and job search assistance through individual advising appointments with current students and alumni. This position will also collaborate with faculty and other offices on campus to create career development programs, manage career development events, and collect data for analysis, evaluation and program improvement.
