Pfeiffer University’s Master of Health Administration (MHA) and joint Master of Health Administration and Master of Business Administration (MHA/MBA) programs have been nationally ranked and recognized for academic excellence as online programs.
Pfeiffer’s online MHA program was nationally rated in the top 20 by TheBestColleges.org, while the joint MHA/MBA program was rated top 20 in the nation by BestColleges.com. Both sites are nonprofit and provide yearly rankings for all academic disciplines.
“Growth in healthcare professions is projected to outpace other fields,” said Pfeiffer University president Dr. Colleen Perry Keith. “With 1,200 graduates already in pivotal positions at every healthcare system in North and South Carolina, Pfeiffer has already started preparing professionals to impact healthcare service, policy, and management.”
Pfeiffer's joint MHA/MBA program is completed in up to 36 months and is most appropriate for individuals whose career paths require advanced competencies in both quantitative and qualitative aspects of management. Pfeiffer’s MHA program, the largest in the Carolina's, addresses all sectors of healthcare from hospitals to public health, practice management, long-term care, and insurance.
Access to education is a Pfeiffer priority. “Pfeiffer University recognizes that online learning is a game-changer in higher education,” said Keith. “Students are no longer limited to attending classes on a campus, often after a long day at work. This model makes it possible for people in any situation to earn a degree they want and need.”
