Pfeiffer University, already an honored member of Colleges of Distinction, has been further recognized by the group for its excellent programming in Nursing, Education and Business.
Colleges of Distinction recognizes colleges that have a focus on teaching undergraduate students, incorporate innovative learning experiences into their majors, provide many opportunities for personal development and are valued by employers and graduate programs for outstanding preparation of undergraduate students. The organization honors and recognizes teaching-centered colleges and is a resource used by guidance counselors and families across the United States to help find the right college for each student.
“We are proud to once again be recognized for providing an undergraduate experience that meets the needs of not only our students, but employers as well,” said Pfeiffer University president Dr. Colleen Perry Keith. “To have Pfeiffer’s Nursing, Education and Business programs now singled out as exemplary is an honor that we are proud to announce and an honor they richly deserve. With our curriculum focused on mentorship, and our 12-to-1 student-faculty ratio, we are uniquely positioned to provide a quality education that continues to be recognized year after year.”
