Pfeiffer University announces that Keith Caver will be the keynote speaker for the Opening Academic Convocation. Convocation will take place on August 31st, 2018, at 10:00 a.m. in the Merner Gymnasium located on the Pfeiffer University campus in Misenheimer, North Carolina.
Keith Caver, is the Vice President of Leadership Assessment and Development for APTMetrics', a high-fidelity Industrial-Organizational Psychological consultancy based in Connecticut. With over 20 years of experience as a practitioner and strategic leader, Keith's contributions span the continuum of leader and organizational effectiveness including strategic business planning and execution; talent management; executive coaching; innovation; diversity; change leadership and cultural transformation.
Keith is a retired U.S. Air Force officer, and a former faculty member for both the University of Maryland, College Park (European Division) and North Carolina A&T State University. He is a sought-after speaker, noted author, and recognized thought leader who has advised business and government organizations globally at the highest levels, up to and including members of the U.S. Congress.
Keith holds a B.S. from Park University, an M.S. from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology, is a graduate of UNC-Chapel Hill's Senior Executive Program, and has completed post-graduate work through the University of Alabama. He is the author, co-author, and contributor to numerous publications including Leading in Black and White: Reaching Across the Racial Divide in Corporate American, The Handbook for Leadership Development, and works in the Harvard Business Review.
He is married to Cassandra Gomez; also a retired U.S. Air Force officer (who outranks Keith), and they have four adult children and four grandchildren.
