Managing contemporary organizations requires leaders with a spectrum of skills - across change and change management, conflict resolution, cultural competence, and situation awareness. 

The Master of Science in Leadership (MSL) program equips professionals from corporate and non-profit sectors to skillfully guide organizational members to achieve key business outcomes. Graduate students learn how to apply advanced organizational science and cutting-edge research techniques in real-time. Through this applied learning approach, you will affect organizational change in your organization while earning your degree.

  • MSL 731 Human Resource Development
  • MSL 735 International Human Resources Management

Concentration in International Management (9 SH)

Requires MSL core courses plus the following concentration requirements:

  • MSL 730 International Business
  • MSL 794 Comparative International Business Law
  • MSL 776 International Experience

or

  • MSL 735 International Human Resource

Note: MBA 776 International Experience may be taken in lieu of MSL 752 Global Management or MSL 735 International Human Resource Management under either concentration.

Admission Requirements

Admission is granted MSL applicants who satisfy ALL of the criteria stated below:

  • Application
  • Three letters of recommendation.
  • Graduate Entrance Assessment (GRE, GMAT or Miller Analogies Test preferred).
    • Test requirement is waived for applicants already possessing an earned a graduate degree from a regionally accredited institution.
    • The requirement is waived for applicants with an undergraduate GPA of 2.8 or greater who document 5-7 years of professional work experience.

Pfeiffer University has a maximum time to completion of a degree as seven (7) years from the time of initial enrollment except for the Master of Marriage and Family Therapy, which is five (5) years.
