Pfeiffer University has an immediate need for a Research Program Analyst.  This position will report to the Director of Institutional Research and Assessment, providing consistent and ongoing statistical data, interacting with deans, department chairs, directors, faculty, administrators and community members to identify and respond to the research needs of the university.  Duties will also include preparing various federal and state mandated reports, developing standards and procedures for the storage and retrieval of academic data, participating in research activities with other organizations and agencies to develop, collect, and report on benchmarking data to support effective decision making.

Pfeiffer University, Charlotte campus, has an opening for a part-time Administrative Assistant, providing administrative support to the school of graduate studies.   This position reports directly to Robin Listerman, Assistant to the Provost.   Duties include serving as front line contact with current, prospective, and past graduate degree students, providing information regarding programs of study, assistantships, and graduate policies and procedures.  This position will work very closely with the Graduate Program Directors, assisting with course scheduling, planning and preparation for information sessions, and providing assistance with student recruitment efforts.

Pfeiffer University is seeking an experienced Financial Aid Counselor. This position will report to the Director of Student Financial Aid. Responsibilities will include creating student files, preparing financial aid packets for mailing, tracking all applications and complete follow through from verification to loan certification, including frequent contact with lenders and guarantors. This position will use PowerFaids with an institutional packaging formulae.
