Since 1977, Pfeiffer University’s Charlotte campus has offered undergraduate degree completion programs and career-enhancing non-degree programs designed specifically to meet the needs of working adults.

Students possessing some undergraduate credit hours may complete bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, Health Administration, Criminal Justice, Human Relations and Interdisciplinary Studies.
Through the Center for Professional Advancement, certificate programs are available in Spanish for Law Enforcement, Long-Term Care Management and Medical Practice Management.

In keeping with Pfeiffer’s longstanding tradition of servant leadership, the Center for Professional Advancement also offers a variety of courses and workshops that help participants learn or upgrade their skills or build knowledge to meet the demands of their professions.
