Dr. Blake Justice began his health and fitness career in rehabilitation. After earning a master’s degree in exercise science from Appalachian State University, Boone, N.C., his expertise expanded to personal training, cardiac and pulmonary rehab, management of rehabilitation services and coaching. While pursuing his doctorate at the University of Pittsburgh, where he worked and learned in the Physical Activity and Weight Management Research Center, he focused on weight-loss interventions. Throughout his career, Dr. Justice has worked with a range of clientele, among them health disabled adults and Olympic-caliber athletes.
