Master of Science in Elementary Education - Degree Requirements/Courses Offered
Application Requirements
Candidates seeking admission to the Master of Science in Elementary Education (MSEE) program at Pfeiffer University should submit the follow materials for review:
- A completed Pfeiffer University graduate application form with the $75 application fee;
- Official transcripts from all colleges and universities at which academic credits have been earned (including evidence of completion of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university);
- Official scores from either the Miller Analogies Test (MAT) or Graduate Records Examination (GRE) taken within the past five years;
- Three recommendations from persons with knowledge of your ability to complete graduate level coursework;
- A writing sample based on the prompt provided by the School of Education;
- A copy of the candidate’s teaching license (or evidence that the candidate is eligible for licensure);
- Evidence of two years of teaching experience.
Upon submission of all of the materials required for evaluation, the Director of Admissions will initiate an admissions review of your file.

| Sped 604 | Curriculum Adaptations/Differentiated Instruction |
Candidates also complete two additional courses selected in consultation with the academic advisor.
